1. The Picture is full coverage with diamonds ?
Yes diamonds on the whole picture area .

2. What's the difference between picture size and canvas size ?
Picture size is the size of the image you want to turned it into diamond painting, also the finished product measurement.
Canvas size is the cloth size where the picture is printed on, usually picture size is about 5cm smaller than canvas size .
In this store,all products are sold by PICTURE SIZE by default .
For example, you pay for 50*65cm ,The canvas cloth you receive will be 55*70cm and the picture size is 50*65cm, finished painting is also 50*65cm .

3. How do you pack your products for transportation?
To protect against transportation squeeze and damage,Diamonds and other accessories are put inside the rolled canvas and the canvas is packed in multi-layers anti-pressure bubble wrap.Please no worry,we have tested hundreds of orders,The canvas can keep safe and doesn't wrinkle despite that it is not wound on the tube.

4. Will the detailed diamonds sheet get included in the parcel ?
In general, this is not included.But if you think it is really necessary,please contact customer service about this ,we will arrange to send you one.
Other sellers put the sheet inside the package as they need to tell you the quantity of small packets of each color diamond. 
But ours are different,most time each color are packed in only one bag,which is environment friendly and reduces the use of plastic bags.

5. What kind of glue do you use for the painting ?
We use Poured glue and the canvas is covered with a transparent film to protect its stickiness,Not white paper cover and also not double-sided glue.

6. I ordered the square diamond painting, and the lines on the canvas is white instead of black, which makes the canvas not very clear ,what can i do about this ?
The lines are only used to locate the square grids for square beads, it affect nothing the diamonds pasting as long as the symbols are legible.
Designer choose to use white or black lines which mostly depends on the overall color tones of the picture itself.

7. How many colors of diamonds are there for the picture?
Between 10 and 60 colors,it is finally determined by the designer according to the effect of the simulation results.
Generally speaking,the larger the size of the painting, the more diamond colors.
If you have strict requirements on the number of colors, please consult customer service before placing an order.

8. The canvas I received doesn't look the same as what you advertised, what should I do?
It is normal that the pre-printed canvas is different from the advertised picture as it is semi-finished mosaic.
Please We suggest that just get this diy craft started.when the painting is finished and diamonds are pasted onto it, you mount the frame and hang it on the wall, 
it will be especially beautiful from a distance.

9. There is diamonds missing problem, or diamonds are wrong ,or other quality defect ,what can I do?
Contact customer service please ,they are 7 days 24 hours online to help you .We provide free diamonds resend service, so please don't be frustrated.
All products are manufactured and inspected manually, please understand that there might be no perfect products, but we are determined to provide you 
with perfect after-sales service.

10. How soon will you ship the order out after I pay ?
Inventory products can ship out within 1-2days and others usually 2-4 business days.
We have thousands of patterns and sizes ,some paintings don't have stocks ,so factory start to produce it after we receive your order.

Order Over US$5 will absolutely be posted by tracked shipping method,which you can track it all the way .
Order under US$5, Except for Russia,Ukraine, Spain ,other countries is tracking unavilable .

12. How long will it take to get my parcel received after you mail it out?
Usually most parcels can reach the receipeint in one month,Some countries like Spain,France,UK, Netherlands etc.could be quicker, even in a week or 2 weeks .Please check with your local post office in time .And You can contact customer service if your order's tracking is abnormal .
